Rossett and Gresford Fly Fishers Club
The Club, which, was founded in 1906 and named the Rossett and Gresford Angling Association, is one of the oldest fishing Clubs in Wales. The aim of the Club was to provide fishing in the River Alyn for the residents of the local parishes. This has been continuously achieved for over 100 years and only the name has been slightly changed.

News for Rossett and Gresford Fly Fishers Club
28 Apr 2012
River Walk 19th May 2012
Each year Eddie Wilkinson introduces new and not so new members to our water by showing the sort of insects that the fish feed on, the flies he considers best to use, what to look for when seeking out fish and generally passing on his years of experience. We will meet at 10am at Llay Rd. Bridge, Rossett and when the tour has finished, a BBQ will be provided. To give us some idea of the numbers, it would be helpful if you would contact Mark Pierce or any committee member.
