The above waste site was applied for in 2008 App No;MO/20081079 which was denied on the grounds of traffic. The latest App No; MO/20120150 was made on the 10 Feb. I believe that we only have until tomorrow to oppose. In either of the applications no reference has been made of the lakes at Henfold lakes. Any seepage from the site will release toxins and nitrates into lakes 4 & 5, from their it will then travel into the mole killing wildlife and fish. If their is any heavy rainfall toxins and nitrates will wash straight into the lakes and major flooding will release the same along the ditches into lake 1 and all lakes eventually into the river mole.
