Fished the House Lake at Milton Pools on a day ticket last season, totally blanked.
When this place gets busy there can be a lot of anglers to a small body of water. They have a few ponds but all of them are pretty small apart from the specimen lake.
Tried the match lake early this year and landed a few nice carp. I guess its a lot more productive when there are less anglers around.
